Message	He sounds obnoxious, but it's hard to say if he can run or not. Alot of common engine swaps into a civic is the B18C Integra motor. The civic was built lite as it was intended to be an economy car, so you toss in a higher revving, larger motor, and you've got a pretty quick little car.
